Limiting Number Of Post Showing In Labels

In Blogger, you can limit the number of posts appearing on the home page, but you cannot do so on the labels page. It looks odd when someone clicks on label and all post from that labels shows up. it makes the web page load slowely as well as visitors find it rubbish.

If you have lots of posts This hack will helps you to limit the number of posts appearing after clicking labels. It will reduce loading time and requires less scrolling by your readers.

In this short tutorial I will show you how to put a limit to the number of posts appearing in labels page.

Login to Blogger
Go To Layout -- > Edit Html
Check the Expand Widget Template

Now Search For

expr:href='data:label.url'

and replace it with the bellow code

expr:href='data:label.url + "?max-results=5"'


Remember That there may be 2-5 instance of expr:href='data:label.url'  replace all of them

Now Save Template . And you Are Done

Explanation Of This Hack
I Have showed 5 post per page
You can change it by just modifying the code max-results=5 to no. of post you want to show up
